Summary

Reports provide information about camera availability, the average bitrate for each camera, and user logins to the system. This article provides instructions for using Reports in OnCloud to view statistics on camera availability, streaming bitrate, and user logins.

Viewing OnCloud Reports

To view Reports:

1. Log in to Cloud Portal. 
    
2. Navigate to OnCloud. 
    
3. Click the Reports icon.
   
   
   
   You can filter the reports by location and by category of report. 
   
   You can view three types of reports: 
   
   Camera Availability – The percentage of cameras online within a one-hour time period.
   
   Camera Average Streaming Bitrate – The average bitrate recorded within a one-hour increment.
   
   User Logins – Total count of user logins within a one-hour increment.
   
   
    

4. Filter reports by location, then use the radio buttons to filter by Report type.
    

            
    

5. Filter individual report types by locations or devices, time range, or time period.
   
                      
    

   NOTE: User Logins has only time range and time period filters. 

6. For Camera availability and Camera average streaming bitrate, mouse over the graph to see values for specific points.
   
   
    
7.  Click View Details to view more details for each report.
   
   You can filter and mouse over the detailed view the same way that you filter the less-detailed view.
