This article explains the two types of automated emails you receive regarding upcoming license expirations. These notifications help you renew licenses in advance to ensure uninterrupted service for your organization.
Overview of Expiration Notifications
Hanwha Vision Cloud Portal sends automated license expiration notifications to prevent service interruptions. These emails are sent to active Customer Super Admins (CSA), Customer Admins (CA), and Installers within the organization.
Emails are not sent to users in Pending, Locked, or Deactivated status.
There are two primary types of notification emails:
| Notification Type | Sending Frequency and Time | Purpose |
| Weekly License Expiration Digest | Every Sunday | Provides a summary of all licenses expiring within the next 30 days |
| Your Licenses Expire Tomorrow | Every day | Provides an urgent reminder for licenses expiring the next calendar day |
NOTE: Emails for different product groups (OnCloud/OnCAFE and SightMind/HealthPro)
are sent separately. Trial licenses are also included in these notifications.
Weekly License Expiration Digest
This email provides an overview of licenses expiring within the next 30 days, organized by date range. The system does not send this email if no licenses expire during that period.

Your Licenses Expire Tomorrow
This daily email provides an urgent reminder for licenses set to expire the next calendar day and lists the licenses and quantities expiring, along with the expiration date.
Renewing Licenses (Call-to-Action)
Both notification emails include two key call-to-action buttons to help you manage renewals and purchasing:
