Search for ANPR events on NVR

This article covers integrating the RoadWatch ANPR app events into a NVR

On the NVR go to Settings->Device->Text and click on the Setup button for the corresponding channel the ANPR camera is configured to

Click on the camera channel and input <LPR> and </LPR> in the Start and End fields. Take note of the port number e.g. 7004 as this is needed in the next step

Click OK to apply the changes

On the RoadWatch app Settings, enter the IP address of the NVR and port number from the step above in the NVR integration section: 

To view live ANPR data, ensure the camera is on the layout and click on the Event tab

To view historical data, perform a text search to see the license plates that have been read

Click on Playback to see a video of the event

You can also search for specific text/licence plates by entering keywords
