Browser Limitations

Apple Safari: Playback pauses when switching to another tab. Upon returning to the tab, the camera streams restarts.

Google Chrome: No known limitations.

Microsoft Edge: No known limitations.

Mozilla Firefox: Not supported.

Platform Limitations

iOS: No known limitations.

NOTE: Configure the P-series AI camera to record H.264 if iOS support is required.

Android: No known limitations.

Hardware Limitations

H.256: Playback of H.265 video requires an HEVC hardware decoder. Configure cameras to record H.264 if hardware decoders are unavailable on client systems.
