Summary

This article describes how to delete video clips in OnCloud.

Deleting Clips 

To delete video clips :

1. Log in to Cloud Portal.
    
2. Navigate to OnCloud.
    

3. Click the Clips icon.
   
   

    

4. Find the clip to delete (see OnCloud: How do I search for clips?). 
   
   
    

5. Click the three-dot menu on the appropriate clip, then click Delete.
   
   
    

   NOTE: Alternatively, click the clip to open it, click the three-dot menu, then 
   click Delete.

    

6. In the Delete Clip dialog, click Delete to delete the clip, or click Cancel to keep it.
   
   

   NOTE: You cannot delete a clip from an incident that has been closed. If a clip 
   is attached to multiple incidents, it cannot be deleted.
