Summary
Sometimes an administrator needs to reset someone's password. This article provides instructions to reset a password for someone else.
Prerequisites
You must be an administrator to change someone else’s password. To reset your own password, see OnCloud: How do I change my password?
Resetting a Password
To reset a password:

Log in to Cloud Portal.

Navigate to OnCloud.

Click the Dashboard icon at the top right.
NOTE: If you do not see this icon, you do not have permission to view the
dashboard. -
In the Users section, click Manage.

Click an account in the list to open the Edit User screen, then click Reset Password.
NOTE: If the Reset Password button is gray, the account is locked. See OnCloud: How do I unlock a locked account?
A confirmation appears, and the user receives an email with a password update link.
