Summary

This article provides instructions for updating your profile information, including your avatar, name, and phone number in OnCloud.

Editing a Profile

To edit your profile:

1. Log in to OnCloud.
    

2. Click the profile icon at the top right, then click Account Settings:

   
   

Adding an Avatar

An avatar is your profile picture in OnCloud. Other users can see this picture.

IMPORTANT: Before you begin, prepare an image that meets the following requirements:

PNG or JPG format
Less than 1 MB
Similar height and width

OnCloud fits the image into a square, so tall or wide images may appear unusual.

To add an avatar:

1. In Account settings, click the pencil icon.
    

   
    
2. Select a photo file from your computer, then click Open.

Changing your name and phone number

1. In Account settings, click a field to update your first name, last name, or phone number.
    
2. Click Save.
   
   Your first and last name are required. A phone number is optional.
