Summary
This article provides instructions for unlocking a locked account in OnCloud.
Unlocking an Account
To unlock an account:
- Log in to Cloud Portal.
- Navigate to OnCloud.

Click the Dashboard icon at the top right.

Click Manage in the Users section.

In the Status column, locate an account with a status of Locked, then click the account..
- Click Unlock Account.
An Account Unlocked confirmation is displayed.
