Resetting Your Password
To reset your password:
- Log in to Cloud Portal and navigate to OnCloud.

Enter your login ID on the Login screen and click Continue.

On the Enter password screen, click Forgot Password?

On the Forgot password screen, enter the email address associated with your account and click Send Instructions.
Open the Reset password email and click Reset my password.
On the Set Up Your Password screen, enter a new password twice, making sure that it meets all of the listed requirements, then click Update Password.
- Enter your updated login information to log in to the Cloud Portal.
