Summary
This article provides instructions for logging in to OnCloud.
Prerequisites
An administrator must create your account before you can log in and send email with the activation code.
NOTE: You must be an administrator to create an account.Activating Your Account
To activate your account:
- Check your email inbox for a message from OnCloud with the subject Complete Your OnCloud Account setup.
- Copy the activation code in the email, then click Activate Account.

Paste the activation code into the window that opens, and complete the rest of the required information.
- Click Complete Account Activation. The following message appears if account activation is successful.
- Click Back to home to log in to the Cloud Portal.
Logging In
To log in:

On the Login page, enter your login ID and click Continue.
NOTE: Select Remember me if you are logging in on a trusted device and want
your login name to be added automatically in future logins. Enter your password and click Log in.
The OnCloud Cameras page opens.
Setting up Two-Factor Authentication
If you see this prompt, your organization uses two-factor authentication (2FA) and you need to set up an app for temporary passwords:
To set up two-factor authentication:
- On your phone, install an app for temporary passwords. Here are two options:
- Use the app to scan the QR code on your computer screen and get a six-digit code.
- Enter the six-digit code into OnCloud.
- Click Submit.
You can now start using OnCloud.
