Summary

This article provides instructions for logging in to OnCloud.

Prerequisites 

An administrator must create your account before you can log in and send email with the activation code. 

NOTE: You must be an administrator to create an account.

Activating Your Account

To activate your account:

1. Check your email inbox for a message from OnCloud with the subject Complete Your OnCloud Account setup.
    
2. Copy the activation code in the email, then click Activate Account.
    
3. Paste the activation code into the window that opens, and complete the rest of the required information.
   
   
    
4. Click Complete Account Activation. The following message appears if account activation is successful. 
   
   
    
5. Click Back to home to log in to the Cloud Portal. 

Logging In

To log in:

1. On the Login page, enter your login ID and click Continue. 
   
    

   NOTE: Select Remember me if you are logging in on a trusted device and want 
   your login name to be added automatically in future logins.  

2. Enter your password and click Log in. 
     
   The OnCloud Cameras page opens.
   
   

Setting up Two-Factor Authentication

If you see this prompt, your organization uses two-factor authentication (2FA) and you need to set up an app for temporary passwords:

To set up two-factor authentication:

1. On your phone, install an app for temporary passwords. Here are two options: 
   • FreeOTP (Android/iOS)
      
   • Google Authenticator (Android/iOS)
      
2. Use the app to scan the QR code on your computer screen and get a six-digit code.
    
3. Enter the six-digit code into OnCloud.
    
4. Click Submit.
   
   You can now start using OnCloud.
