Issue Summary
When connecting a WAVE server to HealthPro via HealthPro Bridge, cameras may appear offline regardless of their actual camera status. This issue occurs when your WAVE channel license expires.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, connect directly to the WAVE server and check your WAVE license status.
NOTE: WAVE is the VMS responsible for the cameras, including their names. When a
name changes, HealthPro Bridge immediately detects it. Through this live HealthPro B
ridge–WAVE integration, HealthPro Bridge pulls in status information. The bridge
communicates directly with the camera only for functions not supported by WAVE,
such as firmware upgrades.
