Summary
You can configure HealthPro to receive email or web push notifications when cameras or servers are offline or they have errors. This article describes how to configure notifications in HealthPro.
Configuring Notifications
Before Configuring Email or Web Push Notifications
Before enabling email or web push notifications, you must first configure which events will generate HealthPro tasks and notifications.
- Navigate to Settings > Notifications.
- Enable Create tasks for your org.
- Select the event types for which you want to receive notifications.
- If you want to reduce unnecessary notifications caused by temporary device outages, enable Create a delayed task. This option applies to the following event types (tasks):
Camera Disconnected
Server Failure
Device Disconnected (PoE switch for power cycling)
Network Issue
NOTE: When Create a delayed task is enabled, HealthPro does not immediately
generate a task when a device goes offline. Instead, the device status is checked
again after 24 hours. A task and corresponding notification are generated only if
the device remains offline after the recheck. This helps reduce notifications caused
by temporary network interruptions or short-term device connectivity issues.
