Summary

This article provides instructions for removing a user from HealthPro.

NOTE: This process removes the user from HealthPro only. They are still 
active in Cloud Portal.

Removing a User

To remove a user from HealthPro:

1. In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro. 
    
2. In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Users icon. 
    
3. In the Users menu, navigate to Users.
   
   
    
4. Remove the user in one of two ways: select a checkbox OR select a username.
   
   Select a checkbox
   
   a. Check the box next to the user to remove.
   
   The Remove button is activated.
   
   
   
   b. Click Remove.
   
   The Remove confirmation pop-up appears.
   
   
   
   c. Click Remove again.
   
   Select a username
   
   a. Click a username to remove from the list.
