This article provides instructions for editing a user role in HealthPro.
Changing Roles
To change the role of a user in HealthPro:

In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Users icon, then select Users > Roles.
- Select one of the following roles: Super manager, Manager, Engineer, or Custom role.
Super manager - Can create custom roles for a user.
Manager - Can assign a task that should be resolved to an engineer.
Engineer - Can accept and resolve a task assigned to them.
Custom role - Created so a user can have access to predetermined locations.
