Summary
This article provides the steps for connecting a device via WAVE Sync in HealthPro.
Connecting a WAVE Device
To connect a device via WAVE Sync:
- In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.
- In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.

In the Settings menu, navigate to Devices > WAVE Sync and click Add account.

Log in to WAVE Sync.
If you have an account:
a. Enter your email address and click Next.
b. Enter your password and click Log In.
If you do not have an account:
Navigate to WAVE Sync to get an account.
NOTE: HealthPro supports up to 3 systems / hives max with only one WAVE Sync
account.NOTE: Due to performance issues with WAVE Sync, it may take a significant amount of time (up to 2 hours) for registered devices to be reflected in HealthPro.
