Summary
This article provides the steps for viewing audit logs in HealthPro.
Viewing Camera Logs
To view logs related to users, devices, tasks, and health:
- Log in to Cloud Portal and click HealthPro.
-
In the navigation bar on the left, click the Logs icon.
The Logs drop-down list features the following options:
-
User logs - View user logs to monitor system activity, such as adding and removing users, changing roles, and enabling or disabling auto software update.
-
Device logs - View activities on your organization’s devices including updating (software), rebooting, licensing, claiming, and unclaiming.
-
Task logs - View the task status, such as which task is assigned to whom and whether they have been executed. If a given device has repeated issues, it still only appears as a single task.
-
Health logs - View health-related events, including all instances a given device goes offline.
Since Health logs record every instance of an issue, combined with filtering and sorting, it can be a powerful tool to analyze certain behavior. In the example below, a HealthPro Bridge is frequently failing and restarting.
-
Resource logs - View current, average, and maximum values for CPU, RAM, storage, network, and power resources for the HealthPro Bridge and its sub-devices.
-
User logs - View user logs to monitor system activity, such as adding and removing users, changing roles, and enabling or disabling auto software update.
