Summary
This article provides the instructions for showing and hiding widgets in the Organization and Locations dashboards and adjusting the position of the widget up or down.
Showing and Hiding Widgets
This is a user-specific personalization feature. To show and hide widgets in Organization and Locations Dashboards:
- In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.

In the Settings menu, navigate to Dashboards.
The widgets that can be shown in Dashboards are for Organization and Locations.
5. Toggle a widget On to show it in Dashboards; toggle it Off to hide it in Dashboards.
Moving the Widget Position
This is a user-specific personalization feature. To re-position the widget up or down for viewing in the HealthPro Dashboard:
- In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.
- In the Settings menu, navigate to Dashboards.

In Dashboard widgets, drag and drop the (
) icon next to the widget title up or down as you wish, respectively, in Organization and Locations.
Camera snapshot options for privacy
This is a feature that is available only to specific users and is configurable for your organization. Only the organization's Super Manager can turn camera snapshots on or off to protect privacy.
- In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.
- In the Settings menu, navigate to Dashboards.

In Camera snapshot options, choose one of the four.
NOTE: If you select Off (Permanently), snapshots will be disabled forever.
Please use with caution.
Auto-reloading widgets
This is a feature that is available only to specific users and is configurable for your organization. Only the organization's Manager+ can turn auto-reloading on or off.
- In Cloud Portal, navigate to HealthPro.

In the navigation panel on the left side of the screen, click the Settings (
) icon.
- In the Settings menu, navigate to Dashboards.

In Auto-reloading widgets options, you can enable and disable this option using the toggle button. If you enable this option, the main screen widget will automatically refresh every 30 minutes.
