Hanwha Vision Cloud is a single centralized suite of applications for managing an organization's surveillance assets and capabilities. This article provides an overview of the Hanwha Vision Cloud applications (OnCloud, HealthPro, SightMind, and OnCAFE) and the key UI components.

BLAZE Web Client

Hybrid Video Management System

BLAZE Web Client offers the following features: 

• BLAZE Web Client is a thin client, browser-based client for BLAZE VMS. No software install is needed to use BLAZE web client and it is accessible via direct URL for cloud-linked systems.  
   
• BLAZE Web Client delivers instant, zero install access for occasional and remote users. This web client provides an easy interface to access live streaming, archive playback, and object/event based searches.  
   
• Zero Install, Cloud Connected – Access BLAZE Web Client from Works with Apple Safari, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge with no local software; link systems to the Cloud and sign in. 
   
• Easy Access – Log into BLAZE Web Client with your existing Cloud account and view devices permissioned to you by your assigned BLAZE role.  
   
• No Setup Required – BLAZE Web Client is available automatically when BLAZE systems are linked to the Hanwha Vision Cloud Platform. 
   
• Search for Devices – Locate devices across accessible Systems for live streaming and playback access. 
   
• Live & Playback – Locate devices of interView live streams, zoom digitally, capture snapshots, and review recordings with an interactive BLAZE style timeline. 
   
• Smarter Investigations – Use advanced object and event search in the browser to quickly find people, vehicles, and critical incidents. 
   
• Enterprise Ready Access – Single Sign On (SSO) with Okta and multi-organization support give partners and large organizations one login across many sites. 
   
• Cloud Integration - Integrated into the Hanwha Vision Cloud Platform launcher.

OnCloud

OnCloud offers the following features:

HealthPro 

Multi-site Health Monitoring and Device Management 

HealthPro offers the following features: 

• Remote monitoring - HealthPro is a platform for device health monitoring that supports Hanwha Vision and third-party cameras, and WAVE systems, enabling large-scale remote surveillance system management. 
   
• High accessibility - HealthPro provides access from anywhere to manage multi-site systems and devices, with notifications for system health and required attention. 
   
• Remote firmware management - HealthPro gives proactive notifications for firmware updates, including new features, bug fixes, performance improvements, and cybersecurity enhancements. 
   
• Cost efficiency and scalability - HealthPro streamlines operations, reduces ownership costs, and is designed for easy scaling, allowing for an unlimited number of devices and locations to be managed via a single dashboard.  

SightMind 

AI Analytics Dashboard 

SightMind offers the following features: 

• Maximized safety, efficiency, and insights - SightMind gives you access to real-time analytics in customizable dashboards for insights on safety and business intelligence. 
  
   
• Customizable dashboard - You can analyze and visualize data from AI cameras and other devices in real-time on a customizable dashboard. 
  
   
• Powerful insights - You can gather data from multiple cameras and sites to generate valuable business insights that were previously out of reach. 
  
   
• Customizable reports - You can use your accumulated widget data to generate a wide variety of reports and combine widgets to organize them your way. Reports can be exported in PDF format for insights on the go or shared with other users.

OnCAFE

Cloud-based access control service

OnCAFE offers the following features:

• Intuitive access control management – Easily add, modify, or remove identities, assign access rights, and schedule entry permissions across all your locations from a single, centralized platform.
   

• Real-time event monitoring – View and respond to access events as they happen, with instant visibility into access events and alarms.
   

• Flexible credentials management – Manage physical credentials, mobile access, PIN codes, and user roles with streamlined tools designed for rapid onboarding and daily operations.
   

• Remote configuration – Configure doors, controllers, schedules, and access groups remotely, without the need for on-site IT or integrator visits.
   

• Detailed activity reporting – Generate and export reports on access events, alarms, and user activity to support investigations and audits.
   

• Seamless integration – OnCAFE works hand-in-hand with Hanwha’s video and analytics solutions OnCloud and WAVE, enabling unified investigations and complete vision across all locations.

  • Click My Organizations to create a new organization or view your organizations.
  • Click the organization name to change the organization you're working in.

  • Licenses - takes you to the Licenses page where you can view and update licenses in the Org. Licenses must be attached or detached in the respective Hanwha Vision Cloud application.
