Summary
In Cloud Portal, there are two kinds of subscription licenses: HealthPro and SightMind. On this page, you can also check your organization’s license status and expiration date.
This article provides instructions for using the Licenses page.
NOTE: Licenses for OnCloud and OnCAFE can be added and managed on the Licenses
page in OnCloud.
NOTE: Licenses for different SKUs must be purchased through Distribution for OnCloud, OnCAFE, HealthPro, and SightMind. After purchase, you will receive an email containing the Order ID and License Key number.Accessing and Configuring the Licenses Page
To add or view licenses for the Customer Organization, the user must log in to the Customer Organization and go to the Licenses page.
To access and configure the Licenses page:

Sign in to your Cloud Portal account.

Click Licenses to configure your license settings.

To view license information:

Sign in to your Cloud Portal account.

Click Licenses to see a list of licenses.
At the top, you will see a status summary of all your licenses, including how many you have in total, the number still available for use, the number of licenses actively in use, the number that will expire soon, and the number of expired licenses.

Click the summary to expand the breakdown details.

Select the tab to filter by relevant licenses.

Scroll down to search for a license to view.
You will see the following information:
Name – license name
License Key – license key number
Added by – who added the license
Added date – date the license was added
Activation date – date the license starts
Expiration date – date the license expires
Status – license status (expired, active, available, expiring soon)
Assigned device – device with license attached
Location – location where the licensed device is located

Click Filter to narrow down your search.

Use the Search box to find a specific key.
Adding a License
To add a license.

Sign in to your Cloud Portal account.

Click Licenses > +Add.

On Add Licenses, enter the Order number you received when purchasing the license through your Distributor.
To only add some licenses under an order, enter the Order number, click Enter licenses manually, then enter the License key.

Click Continue.

Enter the Order key you received when purchasing it through your distributor. It does not age until you attach a specific license to a device.
NOTE: For licenses issued before March 31, 2026, an activation code will
be emailed to you instead of an order key. - Click OK.
The new license is added to the Portal License Wallet for the customer organization.
