In an effort to maintain standards, Hanwha uses the web UI for all knowledge base 
articles pertaining to product configuration. Open Chrome, enter the IP Address 
of your device into the URL bar, and click Enter. If you are not using the web UI 
to configure your device, please refer to the user manual for your product. 

Summary

As increasing number of Hanwha Vision camera models are capable of connecting directly to the Cloud, commonly referred to as Direct-to-Cloud devices. 

This article provides instructions for downloading the CloudConnector log file directly from the camera’s web page.

Downloading the CloudConnector Log

To download the CloudConnector log file:

1. Click the Settings icon > Open platform > Go App.
   
   
   
   A new tab opens for the CloudConnector application.
    
2. Click Download Support Log. 
   
   A compressed file called CloudConnectorLog.tar will download. 
   
   This zip file is typically only a few kilobytes in size.
