Issue Summary
Provisioning features are disabled or app assignment is missing in Okta.
Resolution
To resolve the issue:
- Log in to Okta.
- Navigate to Provisioning > To App, then click Edit.
- Ensure Update User Attributes and Deactivate Users are both enabled, then click Save.
- Navigate to Hanwha Vision Cloud > Assignments and verify the user is correctly assigned.
