Issue Summary
There is a SCIM connection test failure. This is typically caused by incorrect URL information or an invalid token.
Resolution
To resolve the issue, double-check that the SCIM endpoint URL and API Token generated in Cloud Portal is copied accurately.
If the issue is still not resolved:
- Click Download to re-generate the SCIM configuration file in Cloud Portal.
- Ensure the new SCIM endpoint URL and API token are pasted correctly into the Authorization field in Okta.
