Summary
This article provides instructions for deleting a custom role in OnCloud.
IMPORTANT: You must be an administrator to delete a role. The Administrator and User
roles cannot be deleted.Deleting a Custom Role
To delete a role:
- Log in to Cloud Portal.
- Navigate to OnCloud.

Click the Dashboard icon at the top right.

In the Roles section, click Manage.
- Click the role you want to delete.
- Click Assigned Accounts to check if any accounts have this role. Accounts with a checkmark beside them have this role.
- Change the role for accounts with checkmarks.

- Click Delete Role, then click Confirm.
