SUMMARY

Improvement of AI image health check algorithm, improved stability, and fixed bugs.

RESOLVED ISSUES

  • Blurred scenes not detected; no task created

    • Restored blur detection and task creation for affected scenarios.

    • Improved occlusion handling so cases are correctly categorized as Blocked instead of Blurred.

SUMMARY

HealthPro Bridge v1.10 (HPB) focuses on smoother onboarding, higher reliability, and easier troubleshooting for bridge‑connected systems and NVR environments. This release adds one‑click installation from ConfigPro, performance tuning for up to 200 managed devices, automatic local database backup, and more accurate storage synchronization with the cloud. Admins gain clearer guidance during initial setup, control over device scan intervals, and secure local tools to review device credentials and image health data. NVR name and channel synchronization, plus cloud‑side claiming of newly added NVR sub‑devices, ensure a more consistent and manageable hybrid deployment.

ConfigPro Integration

One‑click HealthPro Bridge installation from ConfigPro

  • Clicking the HealthPro Bridge / Cloud icon installs the latest HPB in silent mode, shows progress, then opens HPB login (new tab).
  • Users can configure, log in, connect to cloud, and begin discovery.

HealthPro Bridge Reliability & Performance

Optimized performance for managed devices

  • Improved I/O performance by transitioning from a file-based database to an in-memory database.
  • Integrated the bridge scheduler service with the bridge server.

Automatic database backup on Bridge (Windows & Linux)

  • Daily full local DB backup at 00:00:00; up to 7 backups retained with automatic cleanup.
  • Skips schedule if corruption detected to avoid copying bad data; standard backup locations per OS.

Storage information synchronization with the cloud

  • Accurate storage state for HPB, WAVE, and NVR is pushed on changes (add/remove/modify, claim/reclaim, online/offline) and also sent every 24 hours.
  • Portal reflects most recent bridge state; existing hourly storage usage reporting remains.

HealthPro Bridge – Usability & Troubleshooting

Clear guidance when initial server creation fails

  • On fresh install, if server creation fails, user remains on creation screen with localized error pop‑up advising service checks.
  • Works on Windows and Linux; messages localized (EN/KR/FR/DE/ES/PT/IT).

Adjustable device auto‑scan interval via settings file

  • Admins can set 5000–20000 ms for auto‑scan; applied immediately without restarting the client.
  • Affects auto‑scan only

Security & Data Access (Local Admin‑Only)

View device credentials after local admin authentication

  • New menu: “View encrypted data – Device credentials.” Extra local HPB admin password required to enter.
  • Managed devices listed with Cloud/Status/Type/Vendor/Model/MAC/IP; ID/Password revealed per device on hover; fully localized labels.

View image health reference & comparison images

  • New menu: “View encrypted data – Image health.” Local admin authentication required.
  • Camera list only; hover to preview REF/Compared thumbnails; click to download ZIP (ref/cur images). Localized labels; browser may require allowing multiple downloads.

NVR Integration Enhancements

Claim newly added NVR sub‑devices from the cloud

  • When new channels are added on NVR under HPB, bridge DB updates automatically; users can discover and claim via portal using NVR camera names.
  • Claimed channels receive full HealthPro features (health monitoring, firmware updates, etc.).

Automatic sync of NVR and channel names to HealthPro

  • Onboarding uses NVR device/system name and channel camera names as portal defaults; background sync applies on name changes, status transitions, and at intervals.

Support for new features in HealthPro

RELEASE DATE: 2-10-2026

SUMMARY

Removed Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) dependency, improved stability, and fixed bugs.

NEW FUNCTIONALITY

  • HealthPro Bridge now operates normally even when the Windows Management Instrumentation Command-line (WMIC) is not running on Windows OS.
  • A warning message is now displayed if server creation fails during the initial launch of HealthPro Bridge.

RESOLVED ISSUES

  • Resolved an issue where excessive Auth.log and Kern.log files were being generated on WAVE Linux Appliances (WRN).
  • PoE power cycle not working.
  • Minor bug fixes.

SUMMARY

This version introduces a UI/UX improvements, ease of importing new devices, and WAVE improvements.

NEW FUNCTIONALITY

  • Select multiple devices registered in the Managed table and delete them in bulk when they are in a state to be deleted. 
  • Distinguish cameras with SUNAPI versions lower than 2.6.0 when claiming to the cloud. 
  • Linux support. HealthPro Bridge now runs natively on Ubuntu 22.04 in addition to Windows. 
  • Linux CLI. A command line interface is available for configuring and using a Linux HealthPro Bridge, however the web GUI is the recommended method. 
  • HealthPro users can scan and add additional devices to HealthPro via the Cloud Portal when new devices are connected to a HealthPro Bridge's child WAVE server.

DEVICE COMPATIBILITY AND INTEGRATIONS

  • HealthPro Bridge runs natively on Linux Ubuntu 22.04 as well as Windows.

This version introduces a web UI to ease remote configuration, a Linux-based version, and expanded integrations.

NEW FUNCTIONALITY

  • A browser UI replaces the thick client application to simplify the remote configuration of a HealthPro Bridge server as long as there is network access and/or local port forwarding. This will reduce the dependence on desktop-sharing tools such as Remote Desktop, e.g., https://[ip_address]:3002 
  • Collect HealthPro Bridge log files to assist with technical support. This can be particularly helpful diagnosing why a bridge is not connecting to Cloud Portal, or certain services are not running.

DEVICE COMPATIBILITY AND INTEGRATIONS

  • Hanwha Vision PRN/XRN/QRN/ARN NVR support. The bridge must run on a separate machine and not on the NVR itself.
  • Hanwha Vision (Allied Telesis) managed network switch support (running on a separate machine), to enable SNMP v2c. Note that HealthPro Bridge can only cycle the managed switch PoE port of a licensed HealthPro camera. It cannot cycle any other ports.

  • HealthPro Bridge users can scan and add up to 800 child devices to Cloud Portal.
     
  • When HealthPro Bridge scans for sub-devices, it will exclude localhost 127.0.0.1 from the search results.
     
  • The CPU and RAM usage of Hanwha Vision cameras is displayed in HealthPro.
     
  • Firmware updates can use zipped firmware files regardless of their internal structure.
     
  • HealthPro users can normally update the firmware of derivative models (Korean Government TTA certified models) registered on the HV homepage.

RELEASE DATE: 10-31-2024

IMPORTANT: This release ensures that any variations of DM Bridge v1.1.17 
issued to beta customers prior to the official launch of v1.1.17 will get 
auto-updated to the officially launched version. Specifically. it ensures 
that CloudConnector v1.2.0 is incorporated.

Standardizes all existing DM Bridge instances. DM Bridge will automatically self-update during the night, so no further action is necessary.

DM Bridge is an on-premises internet bridging software application that connects cameras to DMPro, which runs in the cloud. It is designed to facilitate health monitoring and firmware updates.
