- Secure Password Field Clearing: If a login attempt fails for any reason, the password input field will automatically clear itself and return to its default state, making it faster to type a fresh password.
- License Management Enhancements
- Extended Weekly Expiration Alerts: Added an 'Expires within 90 days' section at the bottom of the existing Weekly License Expiration Digest emails for HealthPro and SightMind. This assists administrators with long-term budgeting and renewal strategies.
- Format-based Input Placeholders: The 'Add license' modal now features instructional placeholder text guiding inputs into exact corporate formatting standards. The helper text clears automatically upon user typing:
- Concurrent Order Number Exception Handling: To protect financial transactional integrity, real-time concurrency tracking blocks simultaneous attempts to process the exact same Order Number across multiple active windows or sessions.
RESOLVED ISSUES
- Okta Identity Push Synchronization: Resolved a real-time integration error where user profile changes (First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number) pushed via Okta Auth & Provisioning (SCIM) were completely omitted on OnCAFE Identity screens. Profile records now update across all interconnected endpoints instantaneously.
- Okta SSO Partner Org Creation Error: Corrected a persistent validation error where logged-in Okta SSO Partner Administrator accounts were incorrectly flagged with an "The Okta account is invalid. Please try other account." message when attempting to spawn a new Customer Organization from the Web Cloud Portal.
- Super Admin Transfer Permission Sync: Fixed an oversight within the 'Transfer Super Admin' flow where the newly promoted Super Admin account's native platform role inside OnCloud failed to upgrade. The target account is now automatically elevated to 'Admin' status within OnCloud seamlessly.

We've improved visibility and usability by changing the list on the Devices page to a physical tree of devices.
We’ve improved the search function to the Devices page. You can quickly find devices with the Device name and Serial number search options as well as the Model search option.
We’ve improved the filter function to the Devices page. You can quickly find devices with the Status filter option as well as the Connection type and Applications linked filter options.
The list UX of the Onboard devices page has also been improved, and the search and filter functions have been enhanced.
Additionally, the Onboard devices page has separate Claim and Reclaim tabs to make it easier to distinguish between devices being onboarded for the first time and devices being re-attached, and the bulk add scenario has been improved to onboard devices faster.
We’ve improved the UX of the Scan network pop-up for onboarding gateway child devices to improve visibility and usability. In particular, you can add multiple child devices at once in the Scan network pop-up.
