Adding a Hanwha Camera to the Alarm.com CSVR
To add a Hanwha camera to the Alarm.com CSVR:
- Ensure the camera is out of box settings or defaulted.

- Plug the camera into the network using an Ethernet cable.
- Open a web browser and enter the local IP address of the CSVR.
- In the navigation bar on the left, click Settings.

Click Discover Third-Party Cameras > Refresh Devices.

- When prompted, click I Agree to acknowledge communication between the Third-Party Camera Terms of Use.
- Review the supported features and click Next.
A confirmation message appears stating: “One camera was successfully installed and is recording.”
- Enter a camera name then click Finish.
- In the navigation bar on the left, click Video and confirm the camera is online.
