This article provides instructions for adding a Hanwha camera to the Alarm.com Commercial Stream Video Recorder (CSVR).

• Firmware Requirement: CSVR must be running version v1.5.0.159 or later

Adding a Hanwha Camera to the Alarm.com CSVR

To add a Hanwha camera to the Alarm.com CSVR:

1. Ensure the camera is out of box settings or defaulted.

2. Plug the camera into the network using an Ethernet cable.
    
3. Open a web browser and enter the local IP address of the CSVR.
    
4. In the navigation bar on the left, click Settings.
   
   
    

5.  Click Discover Third-Party Cameras > Refresh Devices. 
   
   The CSVR will scan the network and display compliant third-party cameras.

   NOTE: The CSVR’s password tool automatically assigns 
   credentials to Hanwha cameras.

6. Select the Hanwha camera from the list of discovered devices.
    
7. When prompted, click I Agree to acknowledge communication between the Third-Party Camera Terms of Use.
   
   
    
8. Review the supported features and click Next.
   
   
   
   A confirmation message appears stating: “One camera was successfully installed and is recording.”
    
9. Enter a camera name then click Finish.
   
   
    
10. In the navigation bar on the left, click Video and confirm the camera is online.
