Summary
This article provides the steps to configure Triton Cloud triggers to alert WAVE Client users or perform specific Event-to-Action responses within the system.
Configuring Event Rules in WAVE Client
To configure WAVE VMS Event Rules:
- Open WAVE Client.
- Navigate to System Administration.
- Click Event Rules.
- Click + Add to create a new event rule.
In the Event section, select Generic Event from the When drop-down menu and enter keywords associated with the triggered event in the Source contains field (as configured in the HTTP JSON field on the ULTRA device.).
NOTE: Each event requires a separate Generic Event for monitoring.When using cloud integration, enter sources as follows:
(vape), (Tamper), (Aggression), (Keyword:<Desired Keyword>)
- In the Action section, select the action from the Do drop-down menu, set the Interval of Action for how often the event should re-trigger while active, then select the user group to receive notifications.
Your Triton Cloud is now successfully linked with Wisenet WAVE VMS and will generate event notifications based on your configured rules.
