In order to use the Triton Dashboard effectively, it is important to register your device correctly. This article walks you through the process of registering a device.
NOTE: Triton Cloud, Triton’s Cloud management platform, requires an
active Triton Cloud subscription. If you did not purchase a Triton Cloud
subscription with your Triton ULTRA sensor, follow the Triton ULTRA Setup Guide.
Registering a New Device
To register a new device:
- Navigate to the Triton Dashboard and log in using your credentials.
If you do not have an account, you need to create one before you can register a device.
- In the navigation bar on the left, click Device Management then click Add Device.
- Enter the Mac Address or 12-character Device ID (found on the side of the device), then click Register.
NOTE: If you have downloaded and logged into your account on the Triton
Mobile App, you can scan the QR code on the device with your smartphone.
You can download the Triton Mobile App from either the App Store or
Google Play Store.
It may take a few minutes for the system to process your registration and
display the device in your account. - In the navigation bar on the left, click Devices.
Your newly registered device should appear in the list.
