Summary
Integrating Triton Cloud with Wisenet WAVE VMS allows registered Triton devices to create system notifications via Wisenet WAVE’s Events and Rules engine. This article provides instructions for creating the connection between Triton Cloud and Wisenet WAVE VMS Sync.
NOTE: Triton Pro and Vape Sensor require Cloud for VMS or
third-party integrations.
Connecting with WAVE Sync
Accessing Triton Cloud
To establish a connection between Triton Cloud and Wisenet WAVE VMS:
- Open Triton Cloud and log into your account.
- Navigate to the Integrations tab.
- Select the WAVE icon.
Establishing the WAVE Connection
To connect Triton Cloud to Wisenet WAVE VMS:
- Open WAVE Sync and log in to your account.
- Navigate to Information > System to find your Cloud System ID.
- Return to Triton Cloud and enter the following fields: Cloud Username, Cloud Password, and Cloud System ID.
- Click Save to confirm your settings.
NOTE: Once successfully connected, the WAVE Icon in the
Integrations tab will display as Active.
Configuring Camera Settings
To link your Triton devices with a Camera within your WAVE Client:
- Open WAVE Client.
- In the navigation bar on the left, right-click the Camera/Sensor then select Camera Settings.
- Under IP Address, locate and copy the Camera ID.
- Return to Triton Cloud.
- Select the Triton device by its MAC Address, enter the Camera ID, then click Save.
