Summary
Users can conveniently search for devices by configuring device conditions by profile based on customer preferences. When a profile is selected during the device search process, only devices that meet the corresponding filter criteria are automatically displayed. This filter makes the search experience more efficient and user-friendly. This article describes how to use the filter in the profile in DesignPro.
Adding the Profile Filter
To add the profile filter:
- Log in to DesignPro.
- Select Profile > Device Profile.
- Click anywhere in the predefined profile to enter Edit mode.
- Select Add filter.
Select the appropriate device filters.
The selected item turns orange.
Click OK once the filter selection is complete.
Filters that were selected display next to Filter tab. More filter items can be added from the Devices tab.
- On the Devices tab, click the + sign next to Filter.
The Choose more Filters screen opens. - Select additional Device filters, then click OK.
Removing the Profile Filter
To remove the profile filter:
- Select a filter item and click OK to display the selected filter items.
- Delete an item by clicking X to the right of the selected filter item.
- Click Save.
Using the Profile Filter
To use the profile filter:
- Select the Device tab.
- Select the profile. Only cameras that correspond to the filter option are searched and displayed.
