Issue Summary
An account migration can fail when attempting to convert or create an account that is restricted by policy. This article describes how to alleviate migration failure.
Resolution
To successfully migrate an account:
- Verify that the account is not a Super Admin (CSA/PSA) or an LDAP account, as these are non-migratable.
- Ensure that External Installers invited to a Customer ORG are not being targeted for conversion; they must remain as regular accounts unless converted within their own Partner ORG.
