Issue Summary

Explosion-proof models equipped with the XNB-9001 may experience issues with camera focus and zoom functionality. This is not a hardware issue, but a configuration issue that can be resolved. 

The default lens setting for HVA camera is set for auto iris. Therefore, when the camera is installed with the i-CS lens, the lens selection must be set for i-CS type in the camera UI.

Resolution

To adjust the lens:

1. Log in to the camera.
2. Select the Setup icon ().
3. Select Video & Audio > Camera setup > Exposure > Lens.
   
   
4. Select the ICS from the drop-down menu of the Lens.
5. Click Apply > OK.
