Issue Summary:

This article provides instructions for resolving the MQTT subscribing issue.
Fixes the problem of not receiving messages even though you have setup a subscription.

Resolution:

Hanwha Camera's subscription settings have their own filtering rules.

It is the [Payload] part in MQTT subscription settings.
Camera will only receive messages that "Equal Message" with the content of [Payload].

For example, you will only receive the message [filtering_msg] in the topic.
(It must be perfectly identical and case sensitive.)
