Excessive FAN noise on in-housing type PTZ cameras

1.Installation case

• Installed in-housing type PTZ cameras for security monitoring in houses of worship.

2. Symptom

• Excessive noise and ceiling vibration when FAN is running to reduce camera internal temperature

3. Cause

• Improper installation of the product: Outdoor housing type cameras flush mounted to an indoor ceiling.
• Modified (laser-machined) camera housing for ceiling flush mounting.
• As a result, when the fan runs, it produces fan noise and vibration, which causes the ceiling to vibrate as well.
