Solution to the loss of the WAVE License due to
SSD formatting, replacement, etc. of the SolidEdge camera.
Step By Step Guide:
1. Check the S/N of the SolidEdge from the customer.
2. Log in to Hanwha's Circle Portal.
3. Go to [System Link] - [Manufacturing] - [MES(HVV)]
4. Go to [PM] - [History] - [Label print history] on the MES system.
5. Search by [S/N]
6. Check the [TUTKP2PID] column.
*WAVE License was recorded in this column at the time of production.
7. If the SSD is replaced, License need to be unlocked.
