Issue Summary
RTSP streaming fails for certain IP addresses in a multicast network setup using multicast-enabled HUBs. In particular, some cameras experience streaming issues while others work as expected.
Example:
The issue occurs due to duplicate multicast IP address settings.
Resolution
To resolve the issue:
- Enter the camera’s IP address into the URL bar of your web browser.
- Click the Settings icon, then Basic > Video profile.

In the Multicast section, reassign the multicast IP address to eliminate duplication.
NOTE: Each camera must use a unique multicast IP address.
- Click Apply.
