Initiating a Return For Credit (RMA)
In order to process a Return for Credit (RMA), your Hanwha Distributor requires a support ticket number for reference.
To generate a ticket number:
Log in to the Partner Portal if you are a Distributor looking to initiate an RMA.
Submit a Technical Support Request.
Enter your email address.
Select the Inquiring about RMA.
Select the New RMA Request option.
Fill out all fields on the form and click Submit.
You will be required to validate your email address, then you will receive a ticket number.
A Hanwha Agent will contact you through email with troubleshooting steps to verify your device's functionality.
Once the product is verified to be defective, provide the ticket number to the Hanwha Distributer where the unit was purchased.
