Summary
Service repair and maintenance parts may be ordered through HVA but are fulfilled by HVA’s service partner. As such, the terms of sale are separate from HVA’s product terms of sale. This article provides the necessary information about purchasing replacement parts.
NOTE: All prices are in $US. Purchase Orders received specifying
a currency other than $US will be returned. A purchase order and
completed credit card charge authorization form are required.
Purchasing Replacement Parts
To purchase replacement parts, submit the PO and Credit Card Authorization form to the assigned Customer Service Specialist for the state or fax them to (201) 373-0124.
PO specifications include:
- Separate line item for each part number and qty. The part price is MSRP.
- Flat rate shipping and handling fee applied to each PO, regardless of the number of line items or quantities. Parts cannot be shipped using a shipping account number provided by the customer.
- Parts sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
- Credit card Authorization Form (which can be downloaded)
