In an effort to maintain standards, Hanwha uses the web UI for all knowledge base
articles pertaining to product configuration. Open Chrome, enter the IP Address
of your device into the URL bar, and click Enter. If you are not using the web UI
to configure your device, please refer to the user manual for your product. Summary
The XNF-9010 supports creating de-warped channel views, which have their own RTSP feed and are a separate feed from the camera. When registering this device into a VMS, configure the de-warped views first.
This article explains how to add a de-warped channel view and set up a PTZ preset.
Adding a De-Warped Channel View
To add a de-warped channel view:
- Enter the known credentials of the camera and click OK.
- Click the Gear icon at the top of the camera screen.
- In the navigation bar on the left, select Basic > Video Profile.
- Click the View Mode drop-down menu and select the view (Q1, Q2, Q3, or Q4).
Click Apply > Confirm.
The camera will reboot to add the channel.This creates a new channel, with its own Video Profiles.
Setting up a PTZ Preset
To set up a PTZ preset:
- In the navigation bar on the left, select PTZ > Digital PTZ.
- Click the quadrant drop-down to select your quadrant.
- Use the on-screen joystick in the upper right to adjust your field of view.
- Enter the name of this new preset in the Name field.
- Click OK to confirm adding your preset.
