In an effort to maintain standards, Hanwha uses the web UI for all knowledge base
articles pertaining to product configuration. Open Chrome, enter the IP Address
of your device into the URL bar, and click Enter. If you are not using the web UI
to configure your device, please refer to the user manual for your product. Summary
When setting up the TID-600R, low audio volume can occur due to several factors. This article provides instructions for adjusting the volume settings to improve audio quality.
Adjusting Volume Settings on TID-600R
IMPORTANT: The Intercom and the device you use for sending and receiving
video calls (VoIP phone) must be set up on the server before performing
these steps.
To adjust volume settings:
- Click the Gear icon at the top of the page.
- In the navigation bar on the left, select Video and Audio > Audio Setup.
- Change the Codec to AAC.
- Increase Gain for audio if you have trouble hearing audio from the phone or intercom.
- Click Apply.
