Summary

Zenitel devices must be running the latest firmware. This article explains how to find and install the correct firmware for your Zenitel intercom device.

Downloading the Firmware

To download the firmware: 

1. Visit the Zenitel Wiki Page.
   
   
2. In Stations and Devices, click Expand.
   The available software packages appear.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Download the latest software under Turbine Compact & Extended.
   
   You are prompted for the username and password.
