Summary

This article explains how to boot your Zenitel device into the recovery operating system.

Booting the Device

To boot your Zenitel device:

Log into your Zenitel device.

NOTE: The default username is admin and the password is alphaadmin.

Select Station Administration > Manual Upgrade > Start Upgrade.

The unit boots into the upgrade/recovery OS.
Drag and drop the downloaded .swu file into the Software Update field.

The unit reboots with the new firmware, completing the firmware update.
