Summary
Hanwha Vision Security & Compliance provides cybersecurity certificates and reports for Hanwha Vision products. Most certificates can be downloaded directly without a specific request. However, since the SOC 2 Type 1 report includes sensitive information, this report requires an access request and a signed NDA before it can be downloaded.
This article explains how to download cybersecurity certificates and request access to the SOC 2 Type 1 report.
Downloading Cybersecurity Certificates
Publicly Available Certificates
To download cybersecurity certificates:
- Open the Hanwha Vision Security & Compliance Hub.
- Browse or search for the required certificate or report.
- Download the document.
Restricted Certificate (SOC 2 Type 1 Report)
Before downloading a SOC 2 Type 1 report:
- Open the Hanwha Vision Security & Compliance Hub.
- Select SOC 2 Type 1.
- Click Get access.
- Enter your Work email address, then click Continue.
- Enter the required information in the Request Access form.
- Review the Security & Compliance Hub Terms of Use then check the box next to I have read and agree to the Security & Compliance Hub terms and click Submit Request.
After your request is approved, a login link is sent to your email address.
- Click the link provided in the email, then click Let's Go.
- Review the NDA, then check the box next to I agree to the above NDA. I am aware that my consent will be recorded and click Submit.
Once the NDA is submitted, you have access to the Hanwha Vision Security & Compliance Hub and Hanwha Vision’s Trust Center.

Click Download NDA from the following menu, select SOC2 Type1 and click Download.
