Summary
After you create an incident, you can view it and make changes. This article describes how to view an incident in OnCloud.
Viewing an Incident
To view an incident:
- Log in to Cloud Portal.
- Navigate to OnCloud.
- Click the Incidents icon to show a list of all incidents.

Search for an incident name. You can filter incidents by Contributors, Tags, Date, Status, and Locations & areas.
To search by incident name, click the Search box, type the incident name or part of it, and then…
To filter by incident contributor, click the Contributors box and select a user or users to see the incidents they created.
To filter by tag, click the Tags box and select the tags for incidents you want to see.
To filter by date, click the Select date box and select the date or range to filter by. You can filter by a date or period available in the date column on the left, or you can select a custom range of dates on the calendar.
To filter for Open, Closed, or Pending deletion incidents, click the status box (Open by default) and selecting the status to filter by.
To filter by location, click the Locations & areas box, and then select a location and, optionally, an area in that location. You can filter for multiple locations and areas. You can also search for locations and areas by typing in the Search by location and Search by area text boxes.
- Click an incident in the list to open it and view detailed information about the incident.
