Issue Summary

This article addresses corrosion occurring overall inside the installed XNO-L6020R cameras for offices and commercial building security monitoring.    

This issue is caused by deformation of screw fastening parts and damage to the mechanical surface, resulting in moisture inflow and PCB corrosion and forced disassembly/assembly without removing screws fastened to the body.

Resolution

 To prevent corrosion and water damage:

• When removing the body cover, remove the screw completely before disassembly.
   
•   Be careful not to damage the O ring or crack the screw fastening.
