Issue Summary

The SmartCam video display is too dark at night. This article describes how to enable the Night Vision to provide a clearer video. 

Resolution

In the general menu of the camera settings, enable the <Night Vision> option to activate the IR lighting, which delivers a clear black and white video.

If you turn off the <Night Vision> option at night, the video does not switch to black and white mode, resulting in a poor video quality.
