NOTE: The remote control (EP10-001090A) is required to perform the password
reset. The login prompt or menu should not be displaying on the screen. Step By Step Guide:
To reset your DVR/NVR password:

While pointing the remote control at the front of the DVR/NVR, press the following five buttons one after the other: Up Arrow > Right Arrow > 5 > 3 > 3.
NOTE: Press the buttons one after the other fast and lightly. When done correctly, you will see a message asking if you want to load the default. - Press OK when prompted to load default.
The DVR will reboot to the Startup Wizard where you can create a new password.
