Issue Summary

In some cases, minor leaks occur in multi-directional surveillance cameras. The leaks are usually caused by the housing of the installation base and the cap of the joint part not being completely fastened, as well as the joint not completely pressing the rubber gasket of the installation base housing, resulting in a gap. 

Resolution

To prevent leaks, fully tighten the cap to make the joint completely press against the rubber gasket of the installation base housing.
