Issue Summary

After installation of the TNV-C8011R, an AI IR wall mount camera, the live video is out of focus and its image is blurry. This issue can be caused by excessive force being applied without loosening the fixing screw to adjust the camera tilt angle, breaking the bondage. The bonding breakage caused the lens sensor part to become unfixed and create a gap, resulting in an out-of-focus view.

Resolution

To adjust the focus:

1. Loosen the screws on both sides of the camera lens.
   
   
2. Adjust the tilt angle.
   
   
3. Tighten the screws and check the focus.
