In an effort to maintain standards, Hanwha uses the web UI for all knowledge base 
articles pertaining to product configuration. Open Chrome, enter the IP Address 
of your device into the URL bar, and click Enter. If you are not using the web UI 
to configure your device, please refer to the user manual for your product. 

Summary

PTZ handover improves the efficiency of the system by decreasing the reliance on a security guard, or system operator to track events, and by increasing the likelihood that critical events in a surveillance area are captured and recorded. This article describes how to configure PTZ handover using a camera's built-in event engine. In this article, the PNM-C34404RQPZ is used as an example.

Configuring PTZ Handover

To configure PTZ handover: 

1. Log into the camera via web browser (Chrome recommended).
    
2. Select Event > Handover > Add.
    
3. Set the desired preset number and click OK.
   
   
    
4. Repeat this step for all presets that will be used as responsive action to an Analytic trigger.
